Humble Construction Secures a Third DRK & Company Contract

Powell, Ohio - Humble Construction Company has added to its list of Donald R. Kenney and Company projects. The commercial/industrial design-build construction firm recently secured a contract with the developer to build the Golf Village Office Condominiums in Powell.

Located in the highly successful Golf Village and Kinsale Golf Club planned residential, commercial and retail development, the two 12,665 square foot single-story office condominium buildings will offer high-end ownership and build-to-suit opportunities.

Collaborative Design, Ltd. of Dublin designed the facility.

Ground breaking occurred in January, with completion expected in July/August 2006.
